To return an item to Event Decor Direct, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested within seven business days from receipt of the merchandise. If a package cannot be delivered, meaning UPS/FedEx attempted to deliver the package three times and no one was there to accept it, and is returned back, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs along with the outbound shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
